My Journey

Years ago, I transitioned from a career in Finance and IT consulting to Inclusion. Why? After dealing with pregnancy discrimination, I made a promise to my son, Orlando, and future generations. I wanted to actively shape a world where workplaces empower everyone to flourish.

Since then, I’ve founded Amplify DEI and co-founded Global Inclusion in Practice to equip leaders and teams with actionable tools that boost performance while embedding fairness and inclusion into every level of their organisation.
